Luxury hotel complex «NORD AVENUE»

   The hotel complex is located in  Krasnodar close to the Red Square shopping center and is easily accessible by public transport.

Gross area of the hotel complex in Krasnodar  amounts to 1 hectare, its park area is 2500 square meters. A comfortable and secure territory accommodates 18 spacious business-class cottages, a penthouse (360 square meters), a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, sauna, BBQ area, sports ground and a parking lot under camera surveillance.

Each cottage is a two-floor building with a total area of 300 square meters, 200 of which are living space, a separate entrance, spacious garage and a utility room.

Each cottage has:

- its own heating system and under-floor heating on the first floor;
- a big 35-square-meter living room with a plasma TV screen, fireplace, modern furniture, bathroom with a shower booth, sauna, bathtub and Jacuzzi  on the first floor;
- a kitchen  fully furnished with appliances and utensils;
- three isolated bedrooms (or two bedrooms and one study), bathroom with a shower booth and a bathtub  on the second floor.

Accommodation prices:

- 200 EUR per day (two persons, extra bed – 50 EUR);

- 2 900 EUR per month;
- 2 400 EUR per month (in case of annual rent);

- 400 EUR per day for penthouse (360m2);

Children under 6 years old – free of charge.
Children under 12 years old – 50% discount.

Accommodation prices include:
- cottage or penthouse accommodation;
- sauna and pool;
- BBQ area and sports ground;
- garage (applies to cottages with garages);
- parking lot under camera surveillance;
- consistent cleaning and new sheets.

Restaurant and bar services are to be paid extra.
